Notes.

1. Corporate rates apply Sunday through Thursday nights only.
   
2. AAA and AARP discounts are available at a discount of $5.00 per night, excluding holiday weekends.
3. Pets are allowed in SELECTED UNITS at a fee of $15.00 per night. Only one pet is allowed per unit.
4. There is a TWO night minimum on weekends from April 1 - September 30.
5. There is a THREE night minimum on holiday weekends and a special rate will apply.
6. The rates quoted are for 1 or 2 persons. There is an additional fee of $10.00 per person per night for the 3rd and 4th persons. The maximum number of occupants per room is 4, including children.
7. Office hours vary. Please check with reservations when making your reservation.
8. Check in time is 3:00pm.
   Check out time is 11:30am.
   Any variations in these times will require an additional fee. Check with the front desk staff about these charges.
9. Our condos are one bedroom with 1 queen bed. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sleeper sofa.
10. Rooms are equipped with your choice of one queen bed, one king bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. Each room has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
11. Smoking and non smoking rooms and condos are available.
12. The rooms are located on two floors and the condos are in the four story section with an elevator.
